Local rules

1. Course boundary

The course boundary is the straight line at ground level between the course-side edges of the white stakes. When playing hole 11, hole 10 is out of bounds (marked with white stakes). When playing hole 16, holes 17 and 18 are out of bounds (marked with white stakes). If the ball goes out of bounds, play continues from the place where the ball was struck.

2. Ground under repair (Rule 16.1)

3. Immovable obstructions (Rule 16.1)

All sand- and gravel-surfaced roads in the general area, and the concrete slab crossing hole 14 The long yellow stakes at the ends of the penalty area on hole 6 and the long red stake on hole 11 are immovable obstructions; relief does not apply if the ball is in the penalty area. The woodchip areas along the edges of the course are integral parts of the course, from which no relief is available. Painted stones on the holes are immovable obstructions, from which relief may be taken for ball position but not for stance. All distance markers on the course are immovable obstructions. Removing a marker is prohibited. Free relief is available.

4. Power lines on the course

If a ball hits power lines on the course, the stroke must be replayed (does not apply to poles or support wires).

5. Immovable obstructions near the green (Rule 16.1)

When the ball is in the general area, a player may take relief under Rule 16.1b if an immovable obstruction is on the line of play and it is: within two club-lengths of the green, and within two club-lengths of the ball Relief is not allowed under this local rule if the player chooses a line of play that is clearly unreasonable

6. Dropping zone (DZ) hole 11

If the ball is in the penalty area, or it is known or virtually certain that a ball not found is in the penalty area, the player may (a) take relief under the penalty area rules (Rule 17.1), or (b) alternatively, drop the ball with one penalty stroke in the marked dropping zone. The dropping zone is a relief area under Rule 14.3.

When groups arrive at tees 10 and 12 at the same time, players on hole 12 have the right of way

Etiquette

Keep this in mind while playing!

Please be considerate of other players and let the greenkeepers work in peace. Also remember the importance of calling "fore" – shout a warning if your ball is heading towards other people.

Please let faster groups play through. Repair divots throughout the course and ball marks on the green. Rake your footprints in bunkers and fill divots on the tee with the sand-seed mixture. Do not collect balls from grain fields. Keep up a good pace both on the holes and between them
